Tons of fun! Love this place, one of the best joints in NE to get a beer and people watch. Staff is always fun and the crowd is diverse.

Very cool, divey bar with pull tabs and etabs. Canned wine. Big TVs. They have food, but I haven't tried. Menu looks good.

NE palace is the perfect post COVID coming out spot you never knew you needed. I was here the Friday before July 4 and they had live music from 8p-midnight. There is both a patio and indoor space but they had the doors up to allow for plenty of airflow. No one was wearing a mask and social distancing was none existent. There's seating along the bar and the wall, with additional tables outside. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and beers were easy to order. The band plays up front and there's a lot dancing no matter how small the dance floor. The whole night was a vibe! The band was originally slated to play until 11pm but extended it by an hour as people kept coming up to sub in and guest star on the instruments. It was a fantastic night out and you won't regret coming here for music and beer.

New kitchen and menu has turned me into a convert at the Palace. The crowd is super diverse, the drinks are strong, and the new food is pretty legit. The "Palace Taverns" are a take on the Iowan favorite, Rite-Maids, and they are legit. Classic NE Dive bar with tons of personality.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get to see Nick Mason of Pink Floyd then be invited to NE Palace for some "Bingo," I mean "Dildo!" That's right it was called Dildo, and my friend Drew actually got to yell Dildo, and took home a pink pleasure prize. The drinks were reasonable, and the place is kinda divey! Bartenders and staff were super nice, including the Dildo host! Can you tell I just like saying Dildo! I dug that they had food. I went to the back and ordered up some fries for some friends and I and nothing hits the spot like some 1 am fries! Lots of good beers on tap, and selection in bottles! Again staff was super nice and I would come back in a heart beat! Just to yell, Dildo!

I love this dive! I've passed it uncountable times on Lowry and honestly wondered if it was even open. There are no windows which is kinda sketch but is good divey fun. We stumbled in here on a Wednesday night and were pleased to find some divey novelties like pull tabs, a couple pinball machines, neon signs, cheap food and drink, annnnnd, adult toy bingo. Aka "dildo". Needless to say, we've been hooked since. "Dildo" is free, starts between 9-10pm, and lasts for 8 games on Wednesday nights. That's 8 chances to win an exciting or questionable new toy! The service has been great. In fact, they recognized us all the second time we came here. Our bartender as always been friendly and efficient too. "Rollin Nolens BBQ" is available. The food is just OK but that's not what most people come for.
